Also a friend of mine had a terrible experience trying to buy a gun, he waited 3 hours in line but the customer service representative in the counter told him that they can't sell him that gun because he didn't filled out paperwork correctly. I was very disappointed at that incident too.
Always feiendly, helpful, and well stocked. Great shopping experience
It's always a pleasant experience at the Exchange. There is this one lady, who announces the specials over the store loudspeaker, and she absolutely loves her job! We look forward to her every time we shop. She's great!
To be honest the customer service in that place is terrible, if you ever want to purchase anything such as simple things it's okay. But if you were going to buy cell phones, ammo or guns that place I definitely won't recommend. A customer service representative was supposed to call me when my cellphone was available for purchase and I was one of the first customers in line to be serviced, but the customer service representative told me that it was busy attending other customers and they said they'll give me a call back but they never called me and I had to go personally to get my cellphone hours later.
I have been to the return counter so many times from returning items which was no fault of the base exchange. Just me doing my Christmas shopping. They have always always been so cordial. The computers are not working to the point of keeping your email address in the system. This is a problem. A tremendous problem that is not getting fixed to the satisfaction of anyone to include employees. What a hassle. Why is IT taking so long? My five star rating is based on having great employees that provide great service. If I had to rate IT, I would give them one star just for bothering to come to work that day.
Seems to only have two cashiers at any given time friendly staff just need more help
